1. Wait for the loading screen.
2. When you see the little Saiba Man, rotate the joy sticks.
3. Then, multiple Saiba Men should start to appear.

(for more Saiba Men wait for the loading screen, take the disc out and use 2 controllers. After a while red Saiba Men should appear.)
